Living abroad doesn’t make the things you need to handle back home go away. An errand, a pickup, or a thoughtful gift still needs someone there.

The experiment

One chat message, and a real person back home in Egypt runs the errand.

Ideas to try

Start with walking and balance, then explore following a moving object, finding a way around obstacles, and responding to simple cues.

A little personality

Can a tilt, a pause, or a few steps make a robot feel curious? Try expressing attention and mood through movement.

The idea

A company that draws on lessons from different businesses and markets, then takes responsibility for putting them into practice.

How it would work

Agree on a measurable business goal, build and run what it takes to reach it, and stay accountable for the result. The engagement covers delivery and operation, beyond the business case.

Still taking shape

Outcome Works is a placeholder name. The first problem to tackle and the operating model are still open.
